BECOME YOUR PEACEFUL SELF
PEACEFUL SELF
Seven Step Process
1.  Realize the Peaceful Self -- Who you believe yourself to be is extremely important. Why? Because we all start
to become like the person we believe ourselves to be.  That is why the very first step in the Peaceful Self process is
to help you realize and then constantly remember who you are as your Peaceful Self.  The process you will be
taught for doing this is beyond simply affirming that you are a Peaceful Self. Rather precise techniques will be given
to you so that you are continually able to recall and become more like the Peaceful Self you are.

2.
Remember You Are Not Who You Think You Are – In this step you are introduced more to the notion of the
false self that you often identify yourself to be. This false self is called in this program the Avatar.  As seen in video
games and in the Avatar movie, Avatars are extensions of the real you, but they are not really you!  Understanding
you are not the Avatar is crucial because as long as you are identified with the false self, or Avatar, and all it’s
addictions, abusive patterns, codependent behaviors, fears, anxieties, sorrows, false beliefs and reactive emotional
patterns you cannot change!  These unhealthy and sometimes destructive ways of being will only be realized when
you know who you really are as the Peaceful Self. That is why it is so important to no longer identify as the Avatar
and remember you are the Peaceful Self instead.

3.
Enter the Stream of Compassion, Love, Wisdom, and Insight  -- As you let go of your identification with the
Avatar and realize that you are the Peaceful Self wonderful thing begins to happen.  You open up more to the field
of compassion, love, wisdom, and insight.  Accessing this field you are then able to work with the Avatar in a
completely different way, one that helps the Avatar respond more rapidly to positive change. Along these lines a
few key concepts are always kept in mind. First, you recognize that the Avatar is only responding as it does due to
it’s ignorance, unhealthy conditioning, or wounds. Second, you embrace the Avatar with compassion because you
recognize that not one single belief or behavior is taken on unless it serves a precious need. At some point the
Avatar needed that belief or behavior for its very survival. It helped the Avatar cope with suffering or it would not
have taken it on. Understanding these concepts you can begin the process for deep inner change since now that
the Avatar is surrounded by compassion it becomes more receptive to listening to the Peaceful Self for insights that
will help it change for the better.

4.
Anticipate Resistance – As you shift into being the Peaceful Self and bring the false self, the Avatar, into
rapport with the Peaceful Self, the Avatar naturally resists. Understanding and anticipating this resistance is
extremely important. Remember, the Avatar adopted beliefs and patterns of behavior because at one time they
served precious needs! Giving up these beliefs, reactive emotions, and unhealthy behaviors is not something the
Avatar can do unless it feels safe in doing so.  In this very important step you will uncover why the Avatar was
created the way it was and how to help it willingly and happily let go of beliefs, behaviors, and reactive emotions
that keep it from finding and becoming more like the Peaceful Self.

5.
Find the Loving Action – Utilizing the love, compassion, peace, calm, joy, and awareness of the Peaceful Self
you will be better equipped to find the loving action that moves the Avatar into more positive directions. You will
know that the actions you discover in this step are loving if they move you into greater peace, love, and joy and
make you feel more calm, centered, aware.  Actions are unloving if they lead to greater pain, feelings of
abandonment, anger, fear, sorrow, denial or what is really going on and create more chaos through addictive,
abusive, codependent and unhealthy ways of relating and being.

6.
Be the Peaceful Self – Once you have completed the previous steps it is time to reinforce the changes you
want to make through a series of processes that will be given to you in this step to help you be the Peaceful Self
you are. These processes are very important to help the Avatar come into alignment with the Peaceful Self.

7.
Evaluate and If Need Be Repeat! – Though the above steps seem long, they can become quite rapid as you
master the method. You will know you have successfully healed and brought the Avatar into greater alignment with
the Peaceful Self if the Avatar enters into a greater state of peace making it more calm, intuitive, open, loving, and
aware. If it does not, it is very important to recognize that the process is not complete and take time to repeat the
process until you get the Avatar to where it needs to be.
The Peaceful Self Process is a powerful tool to help you radically transform your life so you can experience
greater love, joy, compassion, peace, awareness and calm. It helps you overcome feelings of abandonment,
pain, anger, fear, sorrow, depression, and denial of what is really going on. The process reduces the chaos
that is brought into your life through addictive, abusive, codependent and unhealthy ways of relating and being.
The basic steps of the process are below and are revealed in more detail in our trainings.

the vehicle that you express through. Understanding you are not the Avatar is crucial because as long as you
are identified with the false self, or Avatar, and all it’s addictions, abusive patterns, codependent behaviors,
fears, anxieties, sorrows, false beliefs and reactive emotional patterns, you cannot change! Only as you know
who you really are as the Peaceful Self can these unhealthy and sometimes destructive ways of being transform.
